Jeff had a good day of whitetail hunting on a neighbor’s farm today.

We were at a grocery store shopping for our Christmas lunch tomorrow when he called, so we stopped by to see it (on the way to another grocery store) and hear about his experience. His son-in-law Donovan was with him and is standing in the background.

I just got an text message from him as I was posting this, saying that he, Donovan, and Gloria each shot a doe this afternoon.

That should make Ernie (neighbor man) happy as the deer destroy his field crops.
