Tuesday Evening, November 26

After thinking I had voice mail reservations at Railroad House Restaurant in Marietta – Chris’ restaurant of choice – we arrived early to find it was not open. 🙁 I discovered later – after deeper research – that it is not open on Monday and Tuesday evenings. We quickly called Jeff and Chris. She chose Mosby’s in Mount Joy – which wasn’t far away.

The evening was to celebrate Chris’ 2019 birthday. She chose an appetizer of hot wings, then these short rib sliders and french fries.

Cerwin and Jeff each got New York Strip with sides of coleslaw and rice pilaf (Jeff), coleslaw and baked potato (Cerwin).

My meal of choice was a house salad, crab cake and smashed cauliflower.

We enjoyed great conversation and the delicious food.

I love hanging out with these two and look forward to our birthday evenings together.

Jeff and Cerwin shared a pecan-crusted ice cream ball.

I ordered a Whipped Bailey’s Cream Pie and shared a bit of it with everyone.
