I was pleased to look out the kitchen window the other day and see a pair of Eastern Bluebirds.

I don’t see them very much during the summer because they can find plenty of bugs and berries in the area.

They reminded me to keep berry/nut suet available, as it seems to be the only thing that brings them to our feeders.

Eastern Bluebirds make me smile.
