What fun that our granddaughter Jana (right) was working as well as her friend Marina.
Jana even got to serve us – Diane, Brenda, and Anne. Anne was visiting from Pittsburgh, the reason for this fun get-together.
I love their Mint and Vegetable Grilled Cheese.
I think this was Diane’s meal.

Nancy was a bit late – after spending the morning applying for Social Security. Imagine that – I have a sister old enough to get those benefits. 
What a nice group — I think I would also have ordered the grilled cheese — with mint and veggies (tomato, cucumber?) it sounds so good!
This one was especially good, because the mint was fresh. I know there was tomato. I am not sure about the other vegetables.
It always amazes me how versatile mint is — it goes with everything!
