There were twelve ladies from our Sunday school class who enjoyed a special brunch at Larry and Carol’s house.

It was difficult to get a photo facing a window. Left to right: Lois, Jane, Cathy, Ruthie (hidden), Sue, Arlene, Ruth Ann, Mary, Fern, Lorraine, Dorcas, and Carol (our hostess).

Jane read a few prayer requests before praying for the meal. (Jane, Cathy, Ruthie and Sue).

The brunch started with the fruit cup and this plate of figs, cheese, and crackers.

There was a choice of cold strawberry soup or…

…hot tomato/pepper soup.

The final treat was a piece of Carol’s homemade candy. This was a chocolate covered mint candy.

We felt pampered, and enjoyed a long conversation around the table.
