I was having trouble connecting to the internet with my laptop, so called my trusty tech company – TCW Computers – and talked to one of the technicians.
From our phone conversation, he concluded that I probably needed a new internet card – because the other two computers in the house worked fine.
We took it to the shop, and within a day or two, he told me that I did need a new internet card, but a bigger problem was that my hard drive was dying. He had a hard drive on hand, but needed to order the internet card. That took more than a week.
I felt like I was without a right arm because I have my devotional information in my laptop and all my current pictures. (I store my older pictures on two external hard drives. The second is a duplicate.)
Okay, enough about that, now on to our beautiful nighttime snowfall on Monday, March 4.
When I looked outside in the morning – and heard that it was going to get windy, I knew that I needed to find a coat and boots and get some shots of the beautiful morning.
The next day, just before noon, we noticed a rig at the end of our yard and realized that our electric company was dropping off a new pole.
That took about two minutes.
Picking up the flagman.
It didn’t take long for this snow to disappear because the weather got warm after this.
In the 3rd picture, the object on the left looks like a Frosty Freeze ice cream cone with the little swirl on the top. What kind of a bird is that? Is it a grackle? That was a beautiful snow.
