We even had red-winged blackbirds. I don’t often see them at the feeders.

Cerwin and I were watching some early afternoon news when we suddenly heard three birds hit our windows. We thought that was unusual until we saw a hawk land on a branch just outside our living room window.

As I tried to get a better picture, the hawk spied me.

It is nice to be inside looking out on a snowy day.
