Remember the other day when I said the Sauder cousin’s lunch had a fairly small turnout because of the weather. Check out our drive home from Oregon Dairy and you will understand why some of the cousins chose to stay home.
The home stretch. This is the back side of our woodlot. If you know were to look (center) you can see a bit of our house roof. My sister thinks this is the front side of the woodlot. š
Ready to turn into our driveway

Sunset on a cold, windy day
My goodness — the wind has been tough, both here and there! There’s a 35 mph sign in a couple of your photos — it looks as if the wind is violating that regulation! And then, at the sunset, it looks so peaceful and calm! What a day you had!
I actually like cold, windy days – as long as I can stay inside. I wouldn’t have gone out in that weather by myself, but was okay with it since Cerwin was driving.
