The snow started when it was still daylight and farmers were taking advantage of the frozen ground to spread manure.
By bedtime the wet snow had piled deep on the branches and I knew I had to take my camera outside before crawling into our warm, cozy bed.
God has a delightful way of decorating our trees in winter.
Interesting that the manure is spread when the ground is frozen. And the snow is absolutely gorgeous — you actually caught a little falling off a twig to the next one below it — great catch!
It got windy during the night, so much of the snow had blown from the trees.
Beautiful! I love the way you played with light and shadows in the bottom photos.
That was a fun experiment.
Love the night snow pictures!
Thank you!
