I learned about two towns in Florida that I never heard of before this trip – Wesley Chapel (location of our motel) and San Antonio (location of the chapel).
We enjoyed another beautiful sunrise as we traveled north.
Going by the exit where the chapel is located.
It was a cold morning in Florida. We saw frost in some areas.
I tried to get a picture of the hanging moss as we drove through Lake City.
I would have liked to see Jekyll Island, but Cerwin said we didn’t have time for that on this trip. Remember he is a truck driver – and one must get from Point A to Point B on a trip. 🙂
He did, however, agree to drive across this bridge and stop for lunch near the island.
We had a delicious lunch not far from here. I had a shrimp wrap. Cerwin had a stew that was a feature of the area.
It was a great day.
Lovely sunrises! The idea of frost and frost-driven fog in Florida is so strange — it’s supposed to be warm in Florida! You did well with the moss in Georgia! And that’s a pretty impressive bridge!
It was a cold morning for Florida – and we saw lots of pretty scenery.
