Sunday, November 25 – Part of our lunch don’t know when I last made potato cakes – probably because I rarely make mashed potatoes anymore.

I didn’t follow a recipe – but you can find one. I added eggs, flour, and a bit of onion.

Thank  you, Jere and Kristen for the leftover mashed potatoes from Thanksgiving dinner. 🙂
