Thanksgiving Morning

We’ve had an early snowstorm, now it’s frigid outside.

I think the end-of-season leaves are frozen in the shape in which they have fallen.

The birds are busy cleaning up the seeds and suet – maybe eating helps them stay warm.

How do birds stay warm when I am freezing cold within seconds of going outside.

I would love to know how God did that – make us warm-blooded and many critters are cold blooded.

Maybe I will ask Him someday.
