Cerwin was out in the cold in the early morning to open the driveway.
Bringing the gas can along with him after opening the neighbor’s driveway.
School was two hours late, so he was glad to have this job finished before taking the boys to their bus stop. Jere and Kristen’s family live only one mile away, so it is easier to take them to their regular bus stop than to ask the bus driver to stop at our house. (changing the bus stop almost takes an act of Congress these days)
I don’t remember when it snowed so early in the season that there were still leaves on the trees – and following some wind a lot of them were on top of the snow.
I like snow, these were good days for me.
It’s so nice to know someone shares my love of snow!
…as long as I don’t have to drive in it. 🙂
Brrr — it looks cold! Will you have to rake leaves in the spring because it snowed so early?
We always have to rake leaves in spring – because they blow into all kinds of areas from the trees in our woodlot. 🙂
An act of Congress (giggle) I know what you mean. Even though we haven’t had a real snow like yours yet, we have had flurries a lot sooner than usual.
It was actually fun to have this snowstorm. Sometimes we wait all winter for this much snow.
