Tuesday Evening, November 6

After finishing our work at the chapel, we located our motel and relaxed a bit before meeting our grandson Heze and his girlfriend, Kayla. Both live in the Nashville area.

We came bearing a t-shirt – a gift from his brother Josiah.

Our waitress was kind enough to take a picture of the four of us at LongHorn Steak House in Mount Juliet (a suburb of Nashville).

What fun catching up on their lives while having a delicious meal – a 2018 gift for Kayla who will be celebrating her birthday in less than a month.

This dessert was larger than Kayla visualized, so she took much of it home to eat at a later date. 🙂

Heze and Cerwin each got a caramel apple dessert. I didn’t get a dessert but tasted a bit of this.
