Inge called us on Wednesday, asking if we had room to bury another cat. It made me sad for her, because I know how much Inge loves her cats.

If I remember correctly, Inge got Aimie at a shelter when she was no longer a young cat.

Inge’s friend Nancy usually comes along when one of Inge’s cats needs to be buried.

Inge was pleased that Aimie’s resting place was under this pretty tree – a firebush that turns bright red in fall.

Inge usually has two cats, but thought she will wait a bit before looking for another one.
