I am surprised at how many bluebirds are feeding this spring – despite the cold, rainy, snowy weather.
The cardinals come no matter the weather or time of year
If the robins were planning on early, warm weather, they must be highly disappointed.
Rest in the Lord and be willing to wait for Him. Psalm 37:7 (NLV)
Are the birds in the 3rd shot also bluebirds, or are they something else? You’re catching some wonderful shots, and I imagine the birds appreciate the food you supply them, even this late in the year!
The one on the left is a bluebird, one on the right is a tufted titmouse.
Thanks — I thought the titmouse looked different! He’s almost like a junco, but I wasn’t sure what I was seeing! Wonderful photos!
I think the birds are cold this year. 🙂
The must be cold. It still amazes me that a tiny bird can survive in winter.
