Sunday Afternoon and Evening, January 21

We hosted the Truck Rally committee meeting in our garage.

Randy and Karen Sauder are Rally coordinators and chaired the meeting.

Each couple represented their area of responsibility for the Rally and shared new ideas, suggested changes, or told us that everything was going well.

After supper we had a short Lancaster Dinner Concert meeting.

This committee decides a few details about the schedule for the program, but spend most of the time choosing the menu. 🙂

We use this list of food choices from Yoder’s.

Karen Sauder is ‘the contact person with Yoder’s and oversees the menu choices.

By the end of the evening, the flyer details were finalized and prepared for email and mailing.
