The day began with a pancake and sausage breakfast.

Enjoying the food
There were still about sixty trucks here – from the Parade of Trucks the night before.
Several Ohio chaplains served on the International Chapel during the day.
Cerwin happened to be on the chapel when I took this picture and the chaplains asked him to join them.
Lunch is being prepared.
A comforter for the benefit auction.
A pretty rose bush for sale
Children’s activities
Homemade ice cream
The benefit auction was a large part of the day, and when it was over – the day was over.
~~~
It was a wonderful, relaxing day.
It looks like a wonderful event — I loved the evening parade of lights, and the food looks great!
It was wonderful and relaxing for us, because we don’t have any responsibilities at this event. I did help check out with the auction purchases and Cerwin did a few minor things. My only responsibility is taking pictures, but that is like “playing” for me. 🙂
How fun!
