Tuesday, May 21 Every now and then there is a morning that takes my breath away. This is the area we cleaned up the day before. If you look in the background – just a bit right of center – you can see the remains of the burn pile still smoking. Wet grass I love a […]

Monday, May 30 This is kind of the second day to our Hershey Family Spring Celebration. Before cleanup Jeff and Cerwin discuss the plan for burning the big trash pile – with all the winter and spring trash. The biggest problem – it was wet from an evening rain the day before. I usually do a lot of the […]

Saturday Morning, May 28 One of Ian’s summer jobs is mowing for our neighbor, which is how he became aware that she would like to have a small tree removed. He recruited his dad, grandpa, and younger brothers to help with the project. Thanks, Ian, for taking your job seriously.

My husband, Cerwin, and I have four children, seventeen grandchildren (2 are in Heaven), and 19 great grandchildren. Cerwin spent 40 years as a truck driver for Ferrellgas. We are both retired from serving with Transport For Christ - a ministry to truck drivers - and love our life in rural Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
