Decorative grass at Landis Homes
Driving home from our visit with Mother.
The church where I made the decision to follow Jesus – sixty years ago.
The meadow I used to play in when I was a little girl was beautiful in the late afternoon sun.
Oh, my, such beautiful colors! The grasses are becoming common here, as they take little water, and provide pretty ground cover.
The beauty is breath-taking this fall.
Which church?
The church was Graybill’s Church of the Brethren – owned by White Oak Church of the Brethren – when I was a girl and a young woman. When we build the current White Oak Church of the Brethren our other buildings were sold. It is now owned by a Baptist Church. It is near Elm.
