Doran’s contribution is pot holders.
Prior to auction day, people contact Nancy (seated) and sign up to host a meal and give basic information: date, number of people they can host, location, and possibly the main course.
On the day of the benefit auction people donate $20.00 per person to sign up for one of the meals.

This is a popular auction, and I love to see the creativity of people who fill these baskets.
That is a most creative auction — I like the idea of $20 shared dinners — and the baskets look very appealing!
The dinners are quite popular. The host/hostess doesn’t usually know who is coming, and the guests don’t always know each other.
