Antique Truck Club of America – Friday, June 19
We had a pretty, hazy, drive to Macungie, which is located about one-and-a-half-hours northeast of us.
The first thing we did was set up the chapel – which Jake and Cerwin took to Macungie the day before to make sure we can get into our spot before a lot of other trucks arrive.
This was called the “power” row as it was us and the military. 🙂
Betty, Bob, and Jake helped us man the chapel.
After we were settled in, I walked around the grounds to see what had arrived.
Since we have been to several truck shows lately – and have more coming up, I tried to take some creative pictures.
That’s a really interesting group of old trucks, and of creative shots.
I find it easy to take creative shots of old trucks.
There sure were a bunch of yellow ones in that first picture. Was that a favorite color back then? My favorite is the milk truck. Tom had a job delivering milk when we were first married.
I do not know if that was their original color. They have obviously been restored. I also like the milk truck.
