This is what the moon looked like when we left the house shortly after 5 AM.
Thirty-five minutes later we were driving into the sunrise.
It was a beautiful time of day to be snapping pictures.
I took these in the order they are posted.
Early morning traffic in New Jersey.
This is the last picture I took before we arrived at Mark and Diane’s house, as I spent the time relaxing, enjoying the day, and reading.
Come back again tomorrow night to see where we traveled to the next day, as we spent another five hours on the road.
How fascinating that the sun seems to have come up and then sunk along the way! You must have been changing elevations (going up and down hills). And those are neat shots with the rising sun behind the trucks! Love the moon shot and the tulips, too!
Yes, I think it had something to do with elevation, also with the angle of my camera to the sun.
What great sunrise photos!
It was so much fun taking the pictures because of the lighting.
