I had two bulk mailings ready to take to the post office in Lititz, and did that first thing this morning (8 AM) so I would beat the snow.
It began snowing as I was driving home.
Male cardinals always look pretty in the snow.
Females are pretty too, but not quite as brilliant.
Now where did I hide that nut.
We didn’t get a lot of snow – just a few inches.
Enough to make it pretty outside.
It’s still snowing a bit as I post this.
I thought it was a white Christmas that people dream of — have a happy white Thanksgiving!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving to you as well. We are going to be at Jere and Kristen;s.
Oh Doris, I just love these photos! Love the snow on the pumpkins and gourds, but especially the one with the squirrel holding the nut he dug up ~ too cute!
Thanks. Do you have snow?
I like the squirrel pics too. No snow here yet. Our son made it home safely. PTL. He drove from Rochester, NY yesterday. We will be staying here with lots of family coming over and bringing food. Tom helped get the turkey in the oven this morning. We are blessed. Have a great day!
Glad your son made it home. You are blessed – and so are we.
So pretty!
Thank you.
