Sunday Evening, August 3
We planned to have the picnic at the pavilion in the woodlot behind our house, but then it began to rain about two hours before suppertime. Consequently Cerwin and Reuben brought the serving table up from the woods.
The evening turned out to be nice, but everyone seemed to appreciate being in the garage.
We have a field camera on a tree next to our driveway to watch the nighttime wildlife that come to our patio. It gave us some nice pictures from the picnic. 🙂
In this picture I am introducing Judi, Kinza, and Reuben (4th, 3rd, and 2nd from the right) from Wisconsin, who were staying with us as they waited to adopt a baby from our area. Judi is the youngest daughter of Cerwin’s sister, Doris.
The Hawthorne’s are my mother’s family.
The photos from this angle are from my regular camera.
We had a great evening of catching up on each others lives.
That outdoor field camera is a wonderful idea. How great that you can simply move the party indoors when you need to!
It’s the first time we used people pictures. 🙂
