When Jere and Kristen invited us to Jared and Jesse’s school “circus” in the gym, we immediately said, “Yes.”
The first part of the program was the “circus tent.”
Jesse and a classmate listening to the teacher’s instructions.
They loved seeing how high the balls would go.
The finale was getting the balls to the ceiling.
Jesse looks satisfied after the performance.
Their next job was to keep balloons in the air.
I loved all the activity and movement.
I enjoy watching children play and compete.

More tomorrow night.
What a fun circus! In Northern Alaska, they stretch out animal skins and use them to bounce on like a trampoline, but tight and slack like the kids are doing with the circus tent. The person who bounces highest wins! This is a winter activity, along with other games to keep the spirits up during the long (several months) nights.
I have heard of that – bouncing on animal skins.
