We decorated a porch table with lilacs.
Lydia wanted Gerbera daisies on the tables.
Setting the dining room table.
Flowers that Lydia made for the cake.
Hannah decorated Lydia’s chair.
The family and Hezekiah’s friend Peter ate in the dining room. Cerwin grilled hot dogs and hamburgers.
Diane made a delicious salad of lettuce, cauliflower, bacon, and hard-cooked eggs ~ with a mayonnaise dressing.
I arranged the left-over fruit that we and Lydia brought home from vo-tech graduation the night before.
Lydia and her friends ate at a table that was set up in the living room. Lydia, Kari, Emily, Franzi, Lydia, Rachel, Heather, Billie, Alice, MaryEllen.
Kari helping adjust her cap and gown.
What a lovely event and congratulations to the graduate!
Thanks, Jill. Lydia will enjoy reading your comment.
Wow — two (or is it three?) graduations all at once! Congratulations to Lydia — and best wishes for success in the future!
It was her grand finally. She was finishing her Votec classes, {Early childhood and culinary arts} and from homeschooling. She was able to take 2 classes at the votec since she homeschooled. Her final for homeschooling was the GED and Hi set tests and that ceremony was a couple days later, so yes we had a lot of partying! – Her Mom
Again, congratulations to Lydia — and to her mom too for a good job well done!
I agree!
