We had a family drop-in at our house on Sunday afternoon ~ May 18 ~ so our children and grandchildren could visit with Diane before we took her back to Maine ~ and to take family pictures.
Anthony made five generations on Cerwin’s side of the family. Mother High is pleased to have her second great-great-grandchild.
On my side of the family we also have five generations ~ with a step-great-great grandmother.
Nate, Abby, and Anthony with Abby’s other grandparents – Joanne and Roy.
Nathaniel covered Anthony’s head while waiting for another photo.
Several people took turns holding Anthony while visiting inside the garage.
With great-great-grandma Hershey
Josiah with his mom and Myers’ grandparents.
Roy and Joanne live about a hour from us, Josiah about an hour (in a different direction), and Diane in Maine, so visiting is a treasure.
Cerwin preparing a fire in our new, portable fire pit for a doggie roast supper.
After everyone but Nate and Abby went home, Diane was holding Anthony and talking to him when Abby came over to enjoy the moment and began talking to him. He immediately turned his head toward the voice of his momma. 🙂
Great photos Mom 🙂
Hey, I see that you stole one for Facebook. 🙂
Precious pictures. He is a blessed little boy to be born into such a loving family.
Thank you! We are blessed to have him in our family.
This is a wonderful set of generational photos! I really see family resemblance in the first shot, too! These will be treasured for many years.
