We came home from Maine to more cold weather – some of the lowest temperatures this area of Pennsylvania has seen in years.

You can’t take pictures of cold, but the steam from this manure spreader in the field in front of us looked so cold in the setting sun on Tuesday evening.

I hung the new feeder I purchased at the Wild Bird Supply store in Maine.

I thought that it may be too cold for birds, but it didn’t take long for this chickadee to try it out.

It’s good to be home and back in a house and office routine again.
