Today was a wet, dreary, winter day – wonderful for staying inside and taking pictures of birds.
This feeder was fairly popular because it is under the roof of our house.
Yesterday the bird bath had ice in it.
Mrs. Cardinal was out and about in the rain.
Mr. Cardinal followed her to the bird feeder and Dogwood tree.
The raindrops lured me outside to see if I could get a few close-ups.
I can see the crepe myrtle bush in the middle of our drive way in this one.
Puddles in the woodsy area of our back yard.
I had fun watching and photographing this tufted titmouse.
love the raindrops, but the bedraggled nuthatch stole my heart! 🙂
You captured the birds so well! Poor birds — I hope they’re ok in this cold snap!
