Lake Louise – Part 1
This is a sight I had seen in photographs, but never in person.
The Chateau is a short walk from the familiar scenic area.
Using my zoom lens to see the snow on the mountains.
I took a walk through the gardens with my camera.
There are many eating areas – inside and out.
absolutely gorgeous!thanks for sharing your photos.your camera is doing a great job, colors are so vivid!
Thanks.
It’s beautiful scenery! And I love your photos! I do hope the sun really came out while you were there — I’ve only seen it with its head in the clouds ~ ~ in one of the other parts, I loved the golf ball table decoration — and in this one, the daisy with the fly on it is a great capture!
Thanks. We liked the fly one as well.
Doris, I’m just eating up your posts about these beautiful places! Can’t wait for them to come along. I was with my grandparents at age 11 when we visited these places while camping across that part of Canada and still have a scrapbook I made of the trip. My photos are black and white, taken with my little Brownie box camera given to me by my grandmother for the trip. I really feel the urge to recreate that trip after seeing your WONDERFUL photos. At Lake Louise, Grandmother and I hiked up to a tearoom (Grandad had a heart condition and couldn’t hike at that elevation.) Is it still there?
Janet, I did not see a tea room. But then I was not looking for one. 🙂
I am glad you are enjoying the pictures.
