Hi Doris Jean, Your fields of yellow flowers are Canola fields. It is the bloom before turning to little black seeds, which are then processed into our Canola oil used for cooking. There are thousands of acres in Canada. To them it is “black gold”. A very valuable cash crop! Meredith and Joyce
