I posted this because of a response from a server at the wedding yesterday. We were among the last to leave the room because we were helping Mark and Diane gather things they brought. When we thanked one of the servers she said, “We are not used to this kind of kindness. This was really a different kind of people for us to serve.” I asked, “Seriously, you don’t receive kindness when you serve people.” She said, “Almost never.”
