We appreciate that Jere keeps our yard healthy each year – with fertilizer and weed killer. I captured this picture from a living room window while he was refilling the tank and talking to Cerwin.

It was a day earlier when I was pleased to see a male Indigo Bunting on our patio.

He didn’t seem in a hurry to leave and gave me several opportunities to photograph him.

I’d love to see him every day, but I haven’t seen him since that morning.
