I love to watch birds and humans

Both teach me lots of lessons

Birds teach me the beauty of simplicity.

It’s rare to find people who truly understand the beauty of simplicity because our minds create so much drama.

Birds are sometimes selfish – chasing away other birds who get too close.

People do that too.

Birds don’t seem to worry about tomorrow.

People have so much going on – so much to plan – so much to worry about.

It often takes great effort and focus for us to trust God.
