Each year we have a meal with friends to celebrate the ladies birthdays – all in February. Sometimes the celebration is in February – other times the host waits until it is warmer outside.

This year Gene and Emma Jean (Cookie to us) were the hosts.

Clockwise: Gerald, Marcy, Mark, Gene, Cookie, and Cerwin. We keenly missed our friend Joanne (Gerald’s wife) who lost her battle with cancer two years ago.

It was a delightful time – eating delicious food and catching up on each others lives.
