Supper With Diana

Wednesday, February 5

It was a bit late (like half a year) but we finally got together on dates – just in time for her half birthday. 🙂

DSC_5032She chose T.J. Rockwell’s.

DSC_5040Rhino Fries are a must when taking a grandchild to this restaurant.

The menu description says: A Rockwell’s tradition! Put on your seatbelt for this giant platter of home style fries covered in a special blend of melted cheese and bacon. Served with a center cup of ranch dressing

DSC_5041Cerwin and Diana ordered Skillet Steak Tips12 ounces of tender steak is sliced and tossed in a sauté of fresh cut peppers and onions and our secret steak tip gravy. Served on a bed of mashed potatoes with a side of steamed asparagus and toasted ciabatta points.

After seeing the plate of French fries, I only ordered Royal Lobster Bisque: Come into our kitchen any morning and you’ll smell fresh lobster bisque simmering on the stove! Our lobster bisque is made with real lobster, fresh cream and spices.

DSC_5046Diana ordered a mini-sundae, and since it was her half-birthday, and our birthday treat to her they put a sparkler in it. 🙂

We had an incredibly fun evening – talking about school, hunting, and the Lord.
